grow Education Hub's business properly. As their business was growing fast they
wanted to have an integrated and premium CRM which will be capable to manage
all of their leads, students, operations, and management. Our team worked following
the custom design along with using the latest technologies to deliver an error-free, secured, and highly performed CRM to Education Hub.
Project Requirements:
Education hub
provided an official SRS which explains all functional and non-functional requirements. Here are some major requirements shared by Education Hub for
developing CRM (customer relationship management): Lead management, Student
Profile, Lead to Student Conversion, Application Process, Communication tools,
Scheduling and calendar integration, Task and project management, Document
management, Reporting and analytics, Integration with external systems and
User-friendly interface. Also, the system needed to be secured, easier to navigate, and have better UI and UX.
Our Strategy & Solution:
Education Hub was using an open-source CRM with some limitations and a lack of features that were necessary to run their operation properly. They consulted with international mentors and other business organizations to prepare SRS for developing a world-class CRM. They approached TechOrbital to develop their CRM following their plan and design.
We discussed
with Education Hub Team several times to prepare a comprehensive Technical Requirement Document which would be followed to design and develop
the final product. After getting the requirement confirmation, we started to design
the whole system including system diagrams, DB design, and system architecture.
Then we started to develop the CRM following project milestones. We used
PHP Laravel and MySQL as backend technologies and Bootstrap and jQuery as frontend
technologies. We followed the Agile method to manage the project. We are a team of
developers and designers who work together to come up with the best possible
solutions for our client's needs.
It was a great experience for TechOrbital team to design and develop the custom CRM for Education Hub. They have launched the CRM officially a few months ago and more than 100 people use this on a regular basis. As an IT partner, we are happy to know that gradually they are getting significant benefits from it as their operation cost and errors have reduced and productivity has been increased. Along with CRM they also require HR-Payroll and Accounting Module to fully automate their business. We are currently working on it. Hopefully, very soon we can deliver a complete ERP solution for Education Hub.
